Refund policy

 

 

Please note, Fairyglowsg reserves the right to refuse all returns. 
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for:
- damaged/missing product
- Wrongly sent items
- Products with an unreasonably short remaining shelf life  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip. It must also be in the original packaging and the request has to be made within 14 days of receipt of package. If your product arrived either damaged or defective, please contact us right away.       

SHIPPING
Please contact us if you intend to return your product and we will advise you on how to do so. Shipping cost associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Fairyglowsg unless in the following cases:
- Defective products  
- Wrongly sent items
- Products with an unreasonably short remaining shelf life  
  
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS 
1. Contact us at sales@fairyglow.sg

to receive return instructions and address.    

2. Ship us the returned item(s) with the original packaging,  - including any associated free products or gifts along with the returned order  Item must be in its original purchase condition: 
- Packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set. 

This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable. 
Any sample(s)/point(s)/rebate(s) enjoyed from the purchase of the returned item will have to be accordingly returned/reversed/repaid to us. 

3. Once we have received your package, your refund will be issued in the original payment method within 7 business days. Refunds are made to the original form of payment (e.g: Bank Transfer, Paynow or DBS Paylah). Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any applicable duties and taxes from international orders.    

4. We are unable to offer exchanges.  Once we have received the returned product in good condition, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days for payment made via bank transfer and 3-7 business days for payment made via paypal/credit card.   

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have yet to receive your refund, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
