I PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?   

Once ur order is ready for delivery we will have to wait for our 3rd party Doorstep Delivery service via Ninja Van/ Qxpress or J&T Express to pickup the items.

Due to the current situation, carriers may be delayed with their transit times.

Once they pickup your order, delivery will be Estimated about another 2-6 Business days to reach you. We truly hope your kind understanding and patience during this difficult. 

Can I track my package?

Yes for those opted for Doorstep Delivery with Tracking only. We will send a shipping confirmation email once your product is on its way and it will include a tracking link to track your package.

  • For Self Collection : Our Sales Team will contact you again via Email or Whatsapp for you to select available Time Slot. Mon-Sun 10am-6pm)  (via Contactless Pickup Only)
  • For Doorstep Delivery with Tracking: Estimated 2-6 Business days. 
  • SingPost Ordinary Normal Mail: Estimated 2-10 Business days (No Tracking)

For Ordinary Normal Mail by SingPost for Low orders and Non Fragile Items:

**We are not liable for any Loss or damage item caused by SingPost therefore we highly recommend to select a Doorstep Delivery with Tracking.

Fragile items such as glass packaging, liquid items and high orders must be delivered via Doorstep Delivery with Tracking Only. Delivery is estimated within 2-4 working days.

Please keep in mind, during holidays, high orders, Festives Season or limited edition launches, this time may vary.

As various platforms are having a Sales recently, shipping delays are expected for orders made during this peak period.

Our courier partners are trying their best to deliver the parcels as soon as possible.

CAN I RUSH, CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?  

No, once you place an order it is final.

HOW TO CHECK THE EXPIRY DATE OF YOUR COSMETICS?

The shelf life varies depending on the type of beauty product.

Few ways to check:

  • For overseas shipping : Currently we only ship Within SIngapore Only  

DO I GET CHARGED FOR RE-DELIVERY?
If we attempt to deliver your order, but you are not present to receive it; Our Delivery Partners will contact you again for re-deliver on the next available date. Please note, there is a re-delivery fee of S3.90 SGD if your delivery fails twice. For re-delivery, the processing time will take up to 3 business days.

CAN I AMEND FOR THE WRONG ADDRESS I ENTERED?

We’d love to change your shipping address for you. Please Email sales@fairyglow.sg with your order number and updated address. Please reach out to us as soon as possible as we are only able to update your address if it has not been packed by our E-Commerce Team. We are unable to update your address once it has been shipped.

In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, Fairyglowsg will not be liable for any replacement or refund. The courier will charge an additional cost for change of address for undelivered parcels with wrong/invalid address.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes.

For international orders, please email us at sales@fairyglow.sg and we will follow-up with your request.

I EMAILED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT A RESPONSE?  

We aim to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this time frame may be extended during holidays, High Orders, Festives Season or limited edition launches.  

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?  

All sales are final.

Please note, Fairyglowsg reserves the right to refuse all returns.  In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip.  We regret that we are unable to cover return shipping costs or refund the original shipping and duties charges unless the return was due to our error.  Products must be returned in new and in original packaging. If your product arrived either damaged or defective, please contact us right away.

If you would like to return an order:  

1. Contact us at sales@fairyglow.sg to receive return instructions and address.

2.Ship us the returned item(s) with the original packaging, including any associated free products or gifts along with the returned order.  

3. Once we have received your package, your refund will be issued in the original payment method within 7 business days. Refunds are made to the original form of payment (e.g: Bank Transfer, Paynow or DBS Paylah). Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any applicable duties and taxes from international orders.  

4. We are unable to offer exchanges.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?  

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at sales@fairyglow.sg with your inquiry.  

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?  

No, but by setting up an account, you become a Fairyglowsg member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.
